The collective monography " The problems of improvement the legal regulation of the right of a private property " is directed on researches of processes, which occur in the Ukrainian society with the right of a private property - their development and differences. In the book are investigated the consequences of existence of the right of a private property in a society wich becomes a post - industrial society , direction of development of the right of a private property in this society , the guarantees are devoloped on protection of the right of a private property of the persons in Ukraine, the rights of a private property of the persons on ground, on valuable papers, the rights of a private property of the legal persons which from the collective property turn to the private . In the project of the Law " About state registration of the rights on immovable property ", which is prepared by the authors the major problems are determind on concrete registration and embodiments the right of a private property by creation of the state system registration of the rights on immovable property .
