Research objective is assessment of current ecological state of ecosystems of the Azov Sea and the south-eastern part of Sivash bay for development of recommendations for restoration of their natural state and fish productivity. Results of SRW are: it was ascertained that meridional type of waters exchange in the Azov Sea is connected with intensification of eastern southern winds and leads to increase of the sea salinity. Years of zonal waters exchange type are considered anomalous. In these years salinity decrease is observed, they follow the years of extreme intensification of northern and western winds.
