Department of veterinary medicine. popup.description2 Ukrainian agricultural and elaboration enterprises with diverse forms of ownership and management. are the object of research In the first place, the development of recommendations and economically grounded suggestions as concerning the improvement of organizational structures of agricultural enterprises, in the second place, the definition of the most effective types of business activity as to the development of market interrelations between internal business formations, and, in the third place, the becoming of the financial and credit support of agricultural production are the main aims of the investigation. The analysis and synthesis, the monographic methods, the statistical modes, analytic and calculational manners, economic and mathematical methods and the method of balances are used in research. It has been arranged, that the further reduction in the assets' structure of capital funds, undercapitalized facilities and incoordination between producers and conversioners are the main reasons for the production's decline and lowering of the economic effectiveness. It is suggested the mechanism of production structure's improvement and increasing of gainful types of activity, the establishment of the equivalent exchange in the company owning to the reallocation of proceeds from the profitable activity. It is also proposed to low the production costs due to the activation of the worker's motivation, to provide the application of progressive innovational technologies and use the rental relations. It is also offered the mechanism of increasing the realization prices due to the betterment of the quality of production produced, the choice of realization periods and the development of the effective advertising, the proper retail trade organization.
