Profiles of distribution of oxygen on thickness of a sample are calculated. For development of methods of the control of a reactive ion - beam etching the spectrums waccompanying an etching of a series of materials used in production of magnetic storage devices are researched. The possibility of the control of formation of a potential pattern on a surface of HTSC samples is shown at examination of an anisotropy of their diamagnetic response.
