Participation of commercial banks in activization of investment process in Ukraine, problems of industrial production financing with attraction of the banking capital are considered. The question of investment resources accumulation by commercial banks with the help of various variants of banks resources transformation is studied . Questions of distribution of the housing construction mortgage crediting, the problems of financing, financial flows connected with them and their influence on economic development of regions and countries are presented. Activity peculiarities of the largest in Sevastopol fish branch enterprise representing the major sphere of financial resources investment at the regional and nation-wide level are considered. The detailed analysis of the financial and economic conditions of the enterprise, the problems and the basic directions of activity stabilisation as means of investment appeal increase of the given enterprise as a whole are determined. The essences of financial flows of the enterprises, their characteristics and classification are discussed. Opportunities of the time factor consideration in regulation of the financial flows are considered. Organizational schemes and the mechanism of the financial flows movement of the enterprise, possible variants of optimization for investment appeal increase of the enterprise are analysed.
