The compounding of the ecological-safe bonding system for offset printing inks deals with the choise and investigations of physico-chemical properties of bonding system components, first of all of solvents and diluents (oils-fixed or plants made off) that will make it possible to produce the ecological safe ink. The literary and patent analysic has been carried out concerning the compoundihg of ecological-safe offset printing inks; the oil-types, using of which leads to ecological-safe inks compounding, had been chosen; techical parameters' assessory methods of oil components for ecological-safe bonding system had been accepted; the physico-chemical properties of low-velocity oils has been investigated; the experimental samples of low-and high velocity compounded oil has been obtained; the paraffines fraction for velocity correction of bonding system had been obtained and its quality concerning fractional content and prysico-chemical properties has been assessed; it had been also tested the compounded oils and paraffine fraction in bounding system; samples of home-produced plants-oils for alkyd resins' modification and for use as the solvents had been chosen; modified by flax and rape oils alkyd resins of varioes fatness; the experimental samples of bounding system based on synthesised alkyds and recommended oils (both fixed and plant-made-off).
