Experimental series of human immunoglobulins against a tick-borne encephalitis and West Nile fever from a blood of the persons who have had been ill with these diseases are prepared. Their high activity and specificity are fixed. Among investigated 140 phytoextracts 32 agents, which showed high interferon inducing activity are found.
