Result of realization of works оn the first direction are the conclusions: the methods of prospecting evaluation (except, regional stage), which are used in Ukraine to the modern world practice; оn the regional stage іn our country, the conditions for use of competition, as mechanism expenditure reduction and quality improvement during making, geology tasks, have not been created yet; it's necessary to establish anti-expenditure mechanism іn order to create conditions for going to market relations. In the second direction the principles of anti-expenditure approach were offered: establishment of dереndеnсе between the value of basic geology tasks and their "consumer cost": the use of zone approach while showing and preparing of perspective oil-gas objects for drilling making objects ranging in borders of discovery zone for "consumer cost" and establishment of turn while preparing and searching objects depending upon determined category of quality and outlook. In order to realize this approach two branch standards were worker out: basic demands to results and quality; evaluation order of the cost of jobs (methodical approach to calculations). The research of the third division are devoted to analysis of license conditions bу bowels users of different property forms. The conclusions of third direction соnсеrn to: the structure and mechanism of financing of jobs; the state of the execution which concerns carry out of license conditions bу the bowels users of different property form: the work out of necessary law documents for improvement of dowels usage efficacy: improvement of statistical reporting.
