This method is characterized by complexity and low accuracy. The RID-positive diagnosis is confirmed at the pathology-anatomic analysis only in 1-8 % of cases. The diagnostic methods, which are founded on use PCR, have high sensitivity, allow to detect immediately by gene of an agent and a little time requires. In an outcome of realization of researches are selected primers to the most conservative regions of three provirus genes (gag, pol and env) and the optimum conditions them ampliphication are completed. The experiments testify, that the accuracy of detection of availability of a virus at an animal worked up by methods makes 97%.
