Objective of work is the monitoring of the fluctuation and succession changes in the natural and artificial ecosystems. The research methods are generally accepted in Soil Science, the field geobotanics, zoology and dendrology. The weather conditions, the Humus State of dark chestnut soils, the biological productivity of the basic vegetable groups of the core area, the introduced flora of the Dendrological Park of the State significance are described. The aboriginal fauna of non-vertebrates and vertebrates, the introduced fauna of zoo vertebrates, the nature calendar, the farming activity and anthropogenic influence, the scientific-research and ecological & educational work of the Reserve per 2001 are characterized. The results are used in the reserve business with introduction of species into wild, to dendroparks and zoos. The prognosis suppositions of development of the researchobject are the long-term chronological lines of information to reveal the short-term and irreversible changes of the biotic and abiotic factors, their trend.
