Scintillation admixtures providing high light output of the composition and not being reduced by introduction of 176-Y or 160-Cd ions were selected. Technology methods of polymer scintillator with high content of such ions manufacturing were found. Main service parameters of experimental samples were investigated, and it was found that their material has sufficient optical transparency and light output for PMT detecting of scintillation flashes, appearing under ionizing radiation.
