The separate normative - legal problems are investigated as well as economical and legal aspects of formation of free trade zone of Ukraine with EU. The pathes of minimization of negative consequences, bound with expanding of EU are reviewed. The actual problems on advancing a mode of trade of Ukraine with EU are formulated. The problems of development of free trade with separate countries and their groups, in particular CEFTA, countries of the Balkan region, Baltic, CIS are parsed.
