Integrated structural investigations of as-cast base and doped MG and FM alloys and interrelation of structure-phase changes during heat treatment and the level of their magnetic properties and thermal stability have been carried out. The compositions of the developed economy doped alloys have been optimized. The approbation of experimental batches of monolithic and wound tape magnetic cores in protective plastic boxes of toroidal and rectangular shape was carried out in configuration of current measuring transformers for single- and three-phase electronic electric power meters, acoustic systems including radio- and telephone networks, in matching micro-transformers of mini-ATS, in configuration of output power transformers for switch-mode power supplies (commercial welding apparatus with power up to 10 kW, power supply unit for electric transport with power up to 5 kW), high sensitive magnetic field sensors for induction magnetometers, precise high-voltage induction dividers for ac measuring bridges, in matching broadband transformers for sound recording and playback systems and in configuration of deflection yokes for projection cathode-ray tubes (2") as well.
