Experimental investigations of physical-chemical, thermal physical and electroconductive polymer composite materials have been carried out. The best results have been obtained for aromatic polyamide phenylone. It has been established that introducing 30% conductive fillers in phenylоne composition is the most optimal. Polymer electrolytes based on CPVC have been investigated by the methods of impedance sp0ectroscolpy and potentiodynamics. Reactivity of the polymer electrolytes and their electrochemical stability have been estimated. The electrolytes in the compositions of actual lithium power sources have been tested. New marking compositions of coatings with the improved physical - mechanical and thermal physical indexes have been obtained.The developed compositions have essentially increased adhesive and atmosphere stabilities due to introducing the optimized concentrations of complexones. The experimental investigations of the kinetics of phosphatide concentrate degreasing were carried out; technological parameters were optimized. Standard and non-standard equipment (V-extractor , dryer) have been determined. Principal technological scheme and feasibility study for the creation of experimental and industrial installation with the output of 100 t/ year have been created. Experimental samples of food additive -lecithin have been produced and tested at industrial enterprises . Areas of application: transport ,pipe-making and food industries.
