As a rule, a narrow beam pattern are used. When compensation of antenna motion is absence, the target can be observed in survey zone only very short time - unsufficient for target detection. Therefore for effective work RLS various systems of antenna stabilization are used. In work the analysis of conditions of functioning RLS, which are placed on mobile carriers, is carried out, and the new space -time signal processing methods are developed which do not require neither mechanical, nor electronic stabilization of the beam pattern. The received results are based for the offers of RLS modernization.
