The detailed study of statistical information base of the State Committee on Statistics of Ukraine concerning the characteristic of services sphere activity and its use for the purposes of СНС is carried out from the point of view of the installment to creation of gross domestic product. 2. Scientifically reasonable list of parameters is determined to improve the organization of statistical observation of services aimed at reception of the information on services sphere as a whole and about its separate components - types of economic activities in agreement with CEA, and according to it the basic directions of addition of the information field of observation by additional statistical parameters are outlined. 3. The information structure of the register of statistical units is covered, the characteristic of the register, its databases, functions of management and use for the legal persons (enterprises) is determined. The statistical toolkit (projects of forms andinstructions) for statistical observation of the enterprises of sphere of services is developed. 4. The methodological rules concerning formation of the statistical reporting on services are developed: 1) The purpose of development of given rules is determined; 2) The detailed description of object of research is carried out; 3) The problems and goals of given research are covered; 4) The principles, methods and ways of problems resolving and overcoming concerning formation of the statistical reporting on services are offered.
