At development of second version of CEA the experience of this classification use during last of five years was taken into account, it means that the offers and remarks of the ministries, departments, and separate enterprises concerning the explanations to subclasses were taken into account. Besides the offers of departments of the State Committee on Statistics of Ukraine concerning reduction of classification items quantity at a national level were taken into account. Fixed assets of Ukraine were chosen the object of classification at development of second version of CFA. Fixed assets are the material assets, which the enterprise contains with the purpose of using them in production process or for realization of administrative and welfare functions expected term ofcomplete use of which (operation) is more than one year (or operational cycle, if it is more than year). Non-material assets are the objects of industry and intellectual property of certain businessman, and which decreases during industrial use. Registration unit of permanent assets is the inventory object, including all adaptations or separate structurally detached subject intended for fulfillment of separate independent functions, or detached complex, which consists of structurally incorporated subjects, which are complex unit and are focused on sharing at certain work fulfillment. The Classification of State Governmemt Unions (CSGU) defines subordination of the state enterprises to the bodies of state governance. Object of classification in CSGU are the state and economic management bodies, which represent organizationally independent parts of an administrative personnel, which carry out for and on behalf of the state within the framework of the competence, given them state functions and by virtue of it are allocated with governmental-imperious authorities, certain organizational structure and territorial scales of activity.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
