The aim is creation of informational technologies for modelling, compact representation and transformation of information, development of mathematical and algorithmic software of systems for datainformativeness increasing. The methods of investigation - mathematical and computer modelling, image processing theory,mathematical statistics, computing mathematics. Obtained results and novelty - the theoretical fundamentals of image and data representation with the use of computer algebra are developed and on this base new methods and algorithms of data informativeness increasing are built. A new approach to the adaptive enhancement of local contrasts which consist in application of histogram spread function, dispertion, entropy, local contrast distribution and local statistical contrast to image resolution increasing are developed. The class of histogram image transformations with the purpose of its quality enhancement is developed which consider given characteristic of threshold of sensitivity of image visual perception by human. A new approach to the image informativeness enhancement with the use of fuzzy logic apparatus is developed. The informational technologies of functional signal transformation by means of two-dimensional best Chebyshov approximation of table data by polynomials and functions of them are developed. Evolving numerically-analytical methods of problems solution, a new approach to construction of numerical algorithms of special function counting and a new approach to construction of balanced approximation with given error of functions on internal interval are gained.
