It is developed compositions of chromate-free inhibiting pigments used in protective polymeric coatings for replacement of toxic chromate. It is revealed, that their protective effect was due to deposition of corrosion resistance surface film containing zinc and calcium phosphates as a result of electrochemical reactive of phosphate, calcium and zinc ions.
