Analysis of the velocities which have been gotten according to CMP and well shooting data has shown that for their correct defining it's necessary instead thick-layer isotropic model to use more complicate anisotropic model of the media. It is shown that the lack of the coincidence of the velocities gotten according to CMP and well shooting is explained at the base of transverse-isotropic model with the dipped anisotropic axis of symmetry. Correction transparencies for the determined according to CMP interval velocities for the base structural horizons have been calculated. Velocity sections along the profiles 94-23, 94-47, 94-53, 94-59, 94-50 and 85-31A which cross almost all structural-tectonic zones of the North-West shelf of the Black Sea have been constructed. The maps of the average velocities along the horizons Ia, IIa, IIIa and IIIa3have been constructed also.
