The convention provides to the states which have joined it, a reliable legal mechanism of the decision of investment disputes which are private and have no by interstate character. As Ukraine is interested in increase of its rating in the international investment market connection to this Convention assists increase of trust of potential investors to Ukraine and improvement of its investment climate.
