The control group has made 30 healthy donors. The aim of work: to create new methods of an estimation of patient's state and adequacy of intensive care in traumas and the diseases complicated with a shock, to prove the basic directions of intensive therapy. Methods of research: clinical, laboratory, parameters of hemodynamics and variability of a cardiac rhythm. Methods of diagnostics and treatment are introduced into practice of branches of intensive therapy of city of Odessa and can have wide application in clinical practice in Ukraine. Educational film about first-aid treatment is made at traumas complicated by a stop of cardiac arrest. 2 methodical recommendations for ICU and anesthesiology departments of hospitals were created. .
