Purpose: development of conception of composition and structure intercommunication of complexes with biological objects. Methods: informational, potentiometric, spectrophotometric, chemical analysis. According to plan of SRW execution the study of complex compounds of niobium and tantalum with nitriletrimethylphosphonic acid; titanium, niobium and molybdenum with oxyethylidendiphosphonic acid was performed. Composition and structure of synthesized complexes were determined. Studing of their biological role shows biological activity of oxyethylidendiphosphatic molybdenum as stimulator of cell growth and lipid-filling activity of it.
