The purpouse of resaarch: development and introduction in clinical practice a complex of diagnostic, medical and rehabilitation measures directed on improvement of results of treatment in children with separate diseases of abdominal cavity and urogenital systems. Methods of research and equipment: clinical, laboratory, physic-ochemical; microbiological; biochemical, rentgenological, endoscopical, morphological, morphometrical, angiographical, functional, radioimmunological, radioisotope; hystoensymatical, immunological, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: elaboration of the offered methods of diagnostics and treatment have allowed to reduce number of posoperative complications, to lower mortality, to reduce stay in the hospital. Novelty: immprovement of treatment results of children with separate diseases of abdominal cavity and urogenital system. Efficiency of introdution: the reduction of quantity of postoperative complications from 8,0%-24,0% to 5,3%-14,1% (is achieeved depending on character of a pathology of abdominal cavity), at ADSO the stay in hospital was reduced to 3,6 days, the reduced frequency postoperate testicular hypo- and atrphia, at urogical abnormalities are reduced duration of pain and fever (on 1,8 and 6,4 days accordingly). Area of application: the developed complex of measures can be introduced in childrens surgical, urological, oncological and renimation departments of region, urban and regional hospitals, Efficiency: to improve results of treatmant in childran with surgical diseases of abdominal cavity and urogenital system.
