The purpose of delelopment - the creation of programming-technical complex and technological operations, that provide: the reservation information of central level USAPS; the recovery information of central level USAPS; the functioning RDB as central database USAPS. The purpose of research - proposed technology of reservation database transaction, which acting as separate node of central level, is required parallel function with point of view of security and provide guarantee saving of information in extreme cases on central level USAPS. The results of SRW was giving a demonstration on stand complex USAPS of main Developer (Joint Company "KP VTI"), in presence of Customer and members of Working group. The members of Working group was evaluating positively for working project. Predictable assumption - the development is a unigue and today don't have analogue. The introduction are forecasting in very undertime. The development has a great importance for formation of state organization and sovereignty of Ukraine.
