The analysis of the complex of factors and separate parameters which define a degree of economic and social readiness of Ukraine for integration to the structure of the European Union is carried out, their quantitative parameters are calculated and systematized. It is proved, that in the near future Ukraine will not be capable to the higher forms of integration, which are typical for EU. The necessary institutional preconditions for the intensification of including of Ukraine in the global systems of electronic trade are determined. The features of regulation systems of employment and social protection in countries - members of the European Union and a direction of activity and action which are necessary for using in Ukraine with the purpose of approximationto the appropriate parameters of development in EU are revealed . The concept of the labour market management in Ukraine adequate to principles of market economy and the purposes of integration in international economic structures is developed.
