The purpose of the work is to create scientific, technical and technological fundamentals for development and experimental realisation of effective thermocontrol systems of heat-loaded microelements of fiber-optic and electronic communications systems. Method of testing is an analysis of modern information material on the research subject: theoretical and experimental investigation of thermal and mathematical models of heat transfer process in real microvolumetric elements. As a result of the work completion scientific, technical and technological fundamentals for creation of effective thermocontrol systems of microelectronics elements were developed. The scientific and technological tests, such as modelling of thermal modes, experimental research of heat transfer processes, technological developments, fabrication of model thermal samples of the thermostabilisation systems and their testing, were carried out.
