Absense of formal approaches to the conduction of medical-social expertise brings to not enough grounded experts decisions of MSEC in 18.7 - 24.2 % cases and to not grounded terms of disability for 20 % patients. The particularities of pathology of disabled diseases of hearing organ and vestibulare apparatus and their influens to the degree of limitation of activity 251 persons are studied. The contents and the structure of technological standards of medical-social expertise of persons with ORL-pathology and allso the list of obligatory and supplementary diagnostic tests for expert estimation of hearing and vestibular disableness function, and the algorithm of standard technologies for ascertainment of invalidity and professional disability in percents were worked out.
