The project of the microwave transmission system of the information which is created as a honeycomb structure based on "star" topology is developed and consists of central unit - a base station and of some the subscriber servers located in line of sight concerning the antenna of a base station. Methodical provision for design of modern telecommunication systems and networks, guidelines on application of perspective telecommunication technologiesfor construction of information network systems with integration of services and to creation on their basis of an information network system on an example NTUU "KPI" , and in the long term - similar networks for other educational and technological institutions of Ukraine is developed.
