In result execution of project: the method of digital signal processing is offered on the basis of the mathematical apparatus of scalar crossing that allows to receive a significant scoring in expenditures of hardware on implementation. It is proved, that noise immunity at usage of structures on the basis of scalar crossing is not worse, than for similar structures operating operations of multiplication. New scientific data about correlation properties of pseudorandom sequences of classes of M - type, Gold, Kasami, nonlinear are obtained, derivatives, including spectra of allocation of the greatest values auto- and cross-correlation functions on a set of implementations of their paired matching are defined. The method of shaping and signal multiplexing with rake-spectrum which allows to establish systems which combine advantages of broadband systems with digital signal processing and an analog form of representation of signals in the channel is developed, directions of its application are offered.
