Making the correct elastic and plastic model permits to arrange local deformation along the axis of the hole to state of plain strain and to calculate parameters of the production process for it. Reproduction of the calculated parameters by the proper tests thoroughly prepared according to the European standards, comes to producing small holes of large length in hollow workpieces with burnishing process. Both roughness and accuracy degree of having got surface correspond to Ra0,08...0,074 micrometer gauge and 6th accuracy degree correspondently.The whole complex of tests is given in multiple tables of tensile tests, loads of the burnishing, stresses and strains, curves of residual stresses, roundness and profile charts, microphotographs of having surface etc. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
