Research technique - absorption, photoluminescence, reflective and Raman spectroscopy, magneto-optics and polarization nonlinear optics. The progress of an optoelectronics and nanoelectronics is defined, first of all, by manufacture and investigation of nanodevices based on А2В6 and А3В5 compound semiconductor and atomic semiconductors Ge and Si. These were the main object of investigation, which were influences by change of temperature, stochiometric composition, as well as by a magnetic field and laser radiation. Optical spectra analysis allowed one to determine the frequency intervals of functional activity of new porous-silicon-based emitters, quantum well transistors, light-emitting diodes, IR detectors and generators. The developed theory adequately accounts for the experimentally observed strong coupling between the phonons and high-frequency excitations of molecular crystals with hydrogen bonds. The structures for interference systems are created as well as technological regimes developed for manufacturing of highly selective multiplication filters with a transmission not less than 60 % in the operation region, and the background of 0,1-0.5 %; anti-reflective achromatic coats for CdP2 gyrotropic crystals supplied an transmission enhancement from 52 up to 98 %.
