Strong influence is found of a substrate structure, spacer thickness and interface quality on magnetic interlayer interaction and magnetoresistance properties of magnetic multilayered nanostructures transition metal/ nonmagnetic metal/ rare-earth metal. It is experimentally demonstrated for the first time that a total magnetic moment of Tb/Au/Fe multilayers may be increased due to mutual magnetizing of Fb and Fe layers. Interrelation between microstructure of metallic phase and magnetotransport properties of heterogeneous matal-dielectric nanocomposites has been established. It is revealed that maximum value of tunnel magnetoresistance is observed at compositions below a percolation threshold, when films consist of superparamagnetic particles separated by tunnel barriers.
