Reorganization processes of material electronic and magnetic structure are investigated depending on STM operating mode. Dependence of a magnetic susceptibility on conditions of samples manufacturing, samples magnetoresistance, and optimal conditions of stable functioning of tunnel contact is determined. Recommendations for making of nanosized magnetic films with the certain physical parameters are developed. The physical properties of thin-film magnetic materials research technique are developed. The package of new computer programs for research process management is developed. The technique and the software for porosity and others spatial heterogeneities in conducting materials determination is developed. This technique can be applied for testing samples in powder metallurgy, manufacturing of coal electrodes, etc. Results of researches can also be used for development of technologies of magnetic record of the information, formation of barrier layers of integrated circuits, gauges, many other microdevices for needs of the industry, transport and medicine.
