The method of research which were employed at the execution of SRW is simulation of algorithms of surplus and generation of binomial numbers and corresponding combinatorial configurations. The aim of work is to develope the methods of images processing with using binomial number systems. The basic scientific result of scientific-research workis new theory of undegree number system - binomial number systems with binary and multiciphered alphabets. The basic practical result is new methods of television images - methods of videcompression on a basis of method of cuts and binomial number systems. The developed methods have the considerable compression coefficients at the high speed of information proccess. The possible consumers are Sumy accossiation "SELMI", Institute of applied physics of Sumy, scientific-research institutes with physical orientation, centres and enterprises, which attend of images trans mission by faxes, teletypes.
