The theoretical model of given class systems is constructed. The new method for the analysis of such type models - the average characteristic method is offered and considered. New hierarchical algorithms for the numerical-analytical analysis of nonlinear resonance-wave electrodynamic systems, which are based on the average quasihydrodynamic equations method is presented. The nonlinear multiharmonic theory of effect of superheterodyne amplification of cross electromagnetic waves in two-stream plasma the relativistic electronic beam is constructed. Schemas and designs of compact multifrequency Two-stream Superheterodyne Free Electron Lasers (TSFELs), which could be constructed on the basis of EH-accelerators, are represented and studied in the report. Including, the project analysis of the one-section TSFEL-amplifiers and analogous klystron type-systems with H-ubitron and Dopplertron pumping, which work in the microwave-optical frequency range, are accomplished. A specific characteristic of the considered systems is the source of intensive relativistic electron beam is constructed on the basis of two-beam EH-accelerators. It is shown that main merits of studied devices are their potential compactness, extremely high level of amplification, the capability for smooth change of the work frequency, and the possibility of deep decoupling the system input-output (with respect to the multi-frequency amplified wave signal).
