The purpose of the work consists in optimization of geometrical characteristics of the ion sputtering apparatuses for obtaining superhard coverings on the base of "transition metal - carbon" system, and also in study of the processes of the transfer of vapours with different chemical composition to the condensed state under different thermodynamic conditions. The technologies and corresponding theoretical models on deposition of coatings of any transition metal carbides with any controllable chemical composition on flat surfaces and on internal surfaces of pipes have been developed. Four kinds of new sputtering devices for obtaining coverings in vacuum have been created. Energy consumption of the technological processes for the given technologies is several times lower than that of widely used plasma-arc devices. Besides, the diamond phase has been synthesized by realization of transferrings Ti->TiC->TiC2-> diamond, that are of solely scientific importance at present. Explained technologies may be used in different fields of mechanical engineering, atomic power engineering, microbiology, medicine. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
