The plastic deformation in rolls in the field of dynamic ferrite's recrystallization (Т = 750-780 0С) is perspective, as was realized. It's installed, that dispersible steels' structure (value of carbide phase 0.5-1.5 microns after an annealing), which is ensured with the given technique, is a premise of their propensity to a structural superplasticity.
