The purpose of this work is study of properties of metallpolimer materials and use of them in constructions guard devices of metallurgical machines. In accordance with this purpose were done experiments of mechanical properties of metallpolimers and their behavior in dinamyc load conditions, and for this were made the experimental machine for experimental load of metallpolimer specimens. Statistics of the experiments allow to create the method of restoration of work-surfaces of high load metallurgical machines with use of metallpolimer material as spring, which concluded in the close volume on the support surfaces of the high load machines. This method protected with patent of Ukraine and used for restoration of housings of rolling mill on the metallurgical plant Ilicha. Results of this work will be used for restorations of weared housing of rolling mill, and at first for sheet rolling mill, pilger mill and bluming, which work on metallurgical plants of Ukraine. The economical effect of this technology of restoration of capacity of work at high load machines is 150 of thousands grn. for one capital repair only for one housing of one sheet rolling mill.
