The aim of research was increasing of efficiency of process of shaping the structured condition overlayed metal and development of ways of these characteristic controls by way of electromagnetic influences at overlaying. The Studies of construction of magnetic field, generated by different types of solenoids, are executed by experimental way with use teslameters of type F-4356 and SCH-4310. For analytical determination of inductions generated these solenoids of magnetic field is designed the strategy, founded on counted methods with using PC. It Is Shown that at overlaying welding in LOMF vastly decreases the depth melting that raises efficiency of use alloying elements, and mixing fluid metal in bath under the action of LOMF reduces the structure of metal, raises the official features deposited layers. Developed accounting methods of determination of velocity of moving the metal in welding bath depending on values of inductions LOMF have allowed to optimize the value of induction and frequency of turnaround LOMF, and optimize the sizes of devices (the solenoids), which generate LOMF. On base of developed strategies are worded the principles of building and is determined structure of CAD systems of designing composite deposited layer with using LOMF. The results of studies about influence LOMF under arc overlaying welding under flux on structure deposited metal, distribution to hardness in different directions, official characteristics deposited metal are shown. Developed technology and devices are tested with reference to SCCM rollers in conditions of "AZOVSTAL" with confirmation efficiency of using the executed developments.
