So we invented new method anterior epiphysodesis and posterior fusion. Single stage and multistage resection of the hemivertebrae followed by instrumentation using construction invented by us(patent of Ukraine N 38946-A). We have a good result. 21 patients with spondilolisthesis and spondilosis out of which 12 patients were operated with the 2nd stage of slipping. In a case of instability we using posterior reduction by using invented by us transpedicular construction. In a case of serve slipping we used anterior and posterior fusion with transpedicular fixation. We operated 6 patients with posttraumatic deformities of the spine using our construction posterior instrumentation. We invented physical automodel of the lumbar spine for getting information. Also invented four-sectional sensor, which imitating intervertebraldisc and device for statical and dynamic loading of the spine.Investigation of fused spine was done.
