The aim of this work is the studying of unity of separate taxons and importance of hybridizing in evolution clearing up the connection of some characteristics of Wethlands with the indexes of species variety of Amphibians and Reptiles. The methods of investigation - laboratory experiments, investigations in natural conditions and statistical analysis. Using the modern methods and approaches to studying of phenotypical and genotypical modification of different representatives of Vertebrals (Amphibians and Reptiles) we can form the base for the theoretical and practical working out of problems of this hind of species. It is of great importance, because it influences the conclusions of species variety of different ecosystems, esp. its. stability. Scientific novelty of this work is the taxonomic list of the Crimea, which was unknown, despite the general and special works last period in the South of Ukraine. Thanks to this investigation we can do it. It is necessary to stress that value of the material is connected with the possibility of it is usage in the next theoretical workings of modern species criterions.
