The research aim is the study of types and character of distribution of paramagnetic centres and impurity ions in oreformating and accessory minerals for finding their relations with processes of mineral- and oreformation. The research methods are the electron paramagnetic resonance and the nuclear gamma-resonance. On an example of the zonal quartz crystal it is shown, that the concentration of the aluminium centres increases, when the temperature of mineral formation increases, and the data on the direct dependence of the О23- (Аl3+)-centre concentration on the temperature of mineral formation are obtained for the first time. For ore mineralization in deeply metamorphic rocks from Klincov region it is shown, that the number of cationic and anionic vacancies in quartz regularly decreases, and the amount of not structural defects, in particular, carbonates, is increasedfrom initial rocks to rocks with ore mineralization. It is established, that for separate gold deposits the direct dependence between the amount of the ore component and the concentration of paramagnetic NН3+-centres in sodium field spars is observed.
