The methods of factor analysis of manufacturing inventory usage by metallurgical enterprises have been developed; recommendations on the choice of payment forms in operations with goods made on commission/ the usage of financial instruments in monetary circulation of enterprises, improvements of evaluation of borrowing power of enterprises have been worked out.
