It was suggested new approach for investigation of problems on stresses concentration. Such new problems was considered as stress concentration around elliptic orifice or hypotrohoidal orifices in anisotropic plates. The stress-strain state of rectiliniar orthotropic plate with periodic systems of hard onedimensional inclusions and stress-strain state of fibrous composite with crackin matrix were investigated. The analysis of effectivity of different kinds of strengthening and possible character of composite destruction was carried out.
