The aim of work - the estimation of perspectives of industrial use mentioned wastes. The method of research - learning of world experience concerning industrial use of coal output wastes, enrichment of coal, thermal electric stations instead of primary raw material; analysis, generalization and systematization of information concerning accumulation of wastes, economical substantiation of perspectives of industrial usage of mentioned wastes. While learning technical and economical characteristics of wastes, systematization given about its sources of accumulation, estimation of efficiency getting useful components from them and different products of its use, the perspectives of industrial use of coal output wastes, enrichment of coal and thermal electric station were estimated. The work was made for execution of Cabinet of Ministers' decision № 668 (from 28.06.97) - "About the Program of wastes usage on the period till 2005 year" and the plan of scientific work by Ministry of natural resources of Ukraine. The results of scientific-research work will be take into account during elaboration of propositions concerning making changes to law documents of regulation of usage of mentioned wastes.
