The working conditions and content of SKK in a sur-rounding medium in a course manipulation and sowing of wheat and corn seeds were studied. The manufacturing trials of biological performance SKK on wheat and corn were held, the dy-namics of SKK content in soil, plants and grain were studied, the hygienic specifications were designed and the МAL was determined.
