Skovorody popup.description2 Electron and microscopical histochemical researches of the adenylate cyclase in the cells of rabbit thyroid gland of under low temperature were conducted for the first time in Ukrainian cryobiology. There are some new findings about the state of organoids in the cells of thyroid gland of cooling. The localization and distribution of adenilate cyclase in thyrocytes and endothelial cells under different freezing modes up to 196 C below zero and the effect of DMSO cryoprotector was studied. The highly significant methods of experimental localizing adenilate cyclase under effect of low temperatures with the help of electron microscopy, electron and microscopical histochemistry resulting in high significance, are proposed. General evaluation of the effect produced on the state of organoids in the cells of thyroid gladn and localization of adenylate cyclase by extreme temperatures was performed. The main results of the researches are used in teaching the course of "Human and Animal Physiology", and writing course and diploma projects. The findings of this research can be used by biologic laboratories of electron microscopy, in medical institutions, which use cryogenic methods, and departments of medicine and biology in different educational institutions.
