Methods of investigation are the following: dilatometry, metallography, X-rays analysis and high-temperature tests for determination of mechanical properties of the samples. Analyzing the obtained results it has become possible to recommend super alloy ЧС104 for introduction production of the nozzle parts of THP (turbine of high pressure) ГТК-101and ГТК-251 instead of the parts made of the cobalt-base superalloys. Production of a bushing set for nozzle vanes made of superalloy being patented permits to decrease theircost and to increase their wear resistance.
