The purpose of work - research of the contents of heavy metals (Zn, Cd, Pb, Fe, Cr, Mn, Co, Cu, Ni) in objects of an environment concerning a background and limited concentrations, realization of ecological monitoring of pollution of the given region. By methods of research of the quantitative contents of separate metals in tests are chosen atomic absorption, chromatography and colorimetry (both international and own techniques) with use KFK-3 photoelectrocolorimetr and С-115 PC atomic absorption spectrophotometr with the subsequent computer processing of results. The results of researches have shown the high contents of separate metals in samples of ground oozy adjournment and tests of water from Dnieper river near Kakhovka is abnormal. The zones of technogenicaly-polluted soils are determined. The technique of quantitative definition of Pb cations in waterand water extracts from soils is developed which, in comparison with known world analogues, is easier, cheaper and does not concede to them on accuracy and speed of the analysis. The results of ecological monitoring of the given region will be used in the further researches for a choice of agriculture least sensitive to accumulation of heavy metals in a ground part of a plant or to carry out a role of protection of the people from exceeding influence of polluting substances. The map of their accommodation is made. Is marked that in agricultural areas with artificial water supply the contents of heavy metals are increased in comparison with non artificial water supply. The ground adjournment of Dnieper river and Kakhovsky reservoir contain the increased concentration of heavy metals. The works on the control of migration and accumulation pollutants in objects of an environment are necessary for continuing for definition of the tendency of dynamics changes of contamination concentration.
